Herman has spent the last 35 years building successful long-term client relationships through excellence in project delivery. He is an accomplished architect/technical building systems expert, a professional/construction project manager and a seasoned, collaborative business partner. With in depth management experience in the continuum of planning, designing, procuring and constructing complex capital construction projects, Herman is well suited to the integrated Design/Build process.
